Production
Laser can produce electronic boards (PTH and SMD) starting from the prototype, pre-series and ending with huge volumes, using specific and dedicated productive lines. Particularly, to assembly SMD Laser has computerised lines, constantly updated, to be able to mount any typology of the components available on the market, supported by the accuracy and rapidity granted by the modern technology.
The production process is constantly monitored by an automatic optical inspection (AOI by Cyberoptics) and by an X-Ray analysis machine, which optimises times and improves the quality process through a quick feedback.
Laser adopts a data collecting software, which allows to measure the performances of any single production process in real-time, focusing on the parameters of efficiency and performance. The constant collection of production data, results in an effective monitoring of the production progress, fault detection and product tracking.
A dedicated planning Software allows to achieve different production targets giving Laser the chance to meet any kind of request according to the Customer Satisfaction philosophy.
Final testing
Laser is equipped to manage different final tests, required by the customers or defined by our technical staff both for limited series and for high numbers.
We use ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) systems, functional simulators and, on request, specific final machines that include the products that must be tested, to simulate a real functioning. It is important to highlight that the technical staff is made of highly skilled technicians able to manage complex testing procedures and instrumental calibration.
The technical department has at its disposal the most modern laboratory devices, proper to accurate and powerful electronics. In the Final Testing Dept., as it is for all the other offices, we have installed a data collecting software that allows the computerised management of the testing results.
Therefore we can provide the needed information to qualify the production batches, reporting the names of the technicians involved, dates and times of implementation, possible problems, etc.
All the products are strictly tested according to the required customer’s modalities, and are all univocally labelled to grant an exhausted tracking.
This department works in close collaboration with the R. & D. Office, signalling any improvement that can make the product better and better.
