In 1994, Laser formally certificates its own Quality System, according to the norms UNI EN ISO 9001, with the objective to comply with both the norms and the contractual conditions agreed with the customer.
Since 2002 Laser got the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 norm, better known as VISION 2000, to confirm the commitment of the Company in the Continuous Improvement oriented towards all the actors, both internal and external.
At the same time, the steady commitment in the search of innovation has as a result the internationally recognised IQNET Certification, obtained by the Company.
Since always, Laser Quality System is the focus for all the company functions, which work with the objective to offer their customers innovative solutions, punctual service and competitiveness.
In order to preserve the essential flexibility towards the customer and to get an agiler and slimmer management of the quality control processes, Laser has adopted the Quarta Blulink software, a powerful and flexible platform able to manage all the phases of the cycle, from the control in acceptance to the final product quality control.
This tool has supported the company in developing a supply service Free-Pass, intended to deliver to the customer the products already tested and packaged, ready to be sold or immediately used, with no need for any further control from the customer.
